Alpha Akoestiek's acoustic enclosures are exceptional in their high soundattenuation over a broad frequency range. The enclosures are assembled as modules from self-supporting panels.

Standard panels are constructed from an outer layer of a single sheet of galvanised thermal steel and an inner layer of a single sheet of perforated galvanised thermal steel. The space between the layers is filled with a special sound-absorbing glass or mineral wool with a layer of black mineral fibre against the layer of the perforated steel.

The acoustic panels are incombustible, conforming to NEN 6065, class 1.
Panels are manufactured using the standard thickness of 50, 100, 150, and 200 mm. The thickness used depends on the sound attenuation needed.
With our many years of experience, we can develop enclosures according to your specifications, taking account of the need to service, maintain, end repair the enclosed machinery.

For this reason, your enclosure can be fitted with any of the following:

- Hinged doors, single or double;
- Sliding doors of any width or height;
- Sliding panels, moving either horizontally or vertically, operated
  manually or mechanically;
- Hinged panels;
- Window panes;
- Lighting;
- Ventilation equipment;
- Powder or other form of paint coating;
- Other materials, lijke stainless steel or aluminium.

punching machines, eccentric presses, power saws, milling machines, refrigeration units, woodworking machines, etc.
